1. The boarding house is allowed to accommodate only a duly checked-in guest. To do so, a guest submits his or her valid identity card or passport or any other proof of identification immediately after his or her arrival.
2. The guest makes use of his or her room for the time agreed with the boarding house. If the time of the stay was not agreed in advance, the guest is to check out on the day of his or her departure by 10 a.m. at the latest. He or she has to vacate the room by this time. If the time is not kept, the boarding house can charge the price for the stay a day longer, or displace the guest without his or her consent.
3. The boarding house can, in a specific case, offer to a guest some other accommodation than the arranged one if it does not differ from the confirmed booking essentially.
4. The boarding house is obliged to accommodate a guest from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. The room is booked for a guest until 8 p.m., if not arranged alternatively.
5. If the guest asks for prolongation of his her stay, he or she can be offered a different room from the original one.
6. The guest is not allowed to move furnishings, to impinge on electrical power network or other fittings in his or her room or in the premises of the boarding house without permission of the boarding house management
7. The guest is not permitted to use his or her own electrical appliances, apart those ones used for guest's personal hygiene.
8. The guest has to keep night peace and quite at the time from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., i.e. he or she does not disturb other guests in the boarding house.
9. The accommodation provider calls in for a doctor for the guest who falls ill or is injured; in case of need he or she provides transport to hospital. All the consecutive medical care is paid by the guest himself or herself.
10.The boarding house is responsible for the belongings taken in by the guest, for the damage to the things laid aside as long as they were stored at the dedicated area. The taken-in things are those ones which were brought to the premises dedicated to accommodating or storing things, or those which were handed in to the boarding house management for this purpose.
11. The boarding house is responsible for jewels, money or other valuables without any limits only if they were assumed for storage.
12. The guest is responsible for the damage to the boarding house property to the full extent.
13. Any visits of the accommodated guests have to be announced at the reception desk.
14. Smoking is prohibited in the premises.
15. Housing dogs and other animals is prohibited.
16. The guest is obliged to pay for the accommodation and services in accordance with the valid price list usually at his or her departure; if not agreed alternatively in advance.
17. The guest is obliged to switch off the lights, make himself or herself sure that water taps are off, and to lock the door when leaving the room.
18. The guest is obliged to observe the terms of these accommodation rules. In case of any infringement, the boarding house is allowed to withdraw from the contract of providing of accommodation services.
